Land at the disposal of Farmer Form

The Form is used by farmers to clarify the title that they hold on their land, this is a requirement for some type of requests to be processed.

EU Financial Assistance Bank Payment Form (E-Banks)

The Bank Payment Form may be used by applicants whose bank account is not held with a Maltese financial institution.  

Farmers’ Register Access

Access to the Integrated Administrative and Control System (IACS).

EU Financial Assistance Bank Payment (For Local Payments BPF)

The Bank Payment Form may be used by applicants with a bank account within a Maltese financial institution to receive EU financial assistance.

Financial Identification for Payments Related to EU Funds (FIF)

The Form may be used by applicants whose bank account is held with a non-Maltese financial institution to recieve EU financial assistance.

Land Contestation Form by Contestant

Contestation form for Farmers in cases where field is found to be already registered on third parties.

Land Contestation Form by Registered Farmer

Form to enable a registered farmer to open another contestation against a farmer who has already presented a contestation against him

Registration/De-registration of SMS service provided by the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA)

Application to receive or optout of receiving notifications and information by ARPA through SMS

Force Majeure Case Requests

Registered farmers have the right to object in cases of exceptional circumstances which prevent the farmer from fulfilling their obligation.

Objections to Reductions or Penalties imposed by the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA)

Registered farmers may object to the penalties or payments issued by ARPA in relation to direct and area aid schemes.

Co-Cultivators Form

Applicant may register a co-cultivator for the scope of European Union Funding.

Debt Acceptance Form for Debts issued by ARPA

This form provides the ability to the applicant to accept the penalties issued by ARPA after the explanation given.

Claim Form – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020

Application for reimbursement of costs related to the implementation of a project implemented through EAFRD funds.

Agricultural Imports Licence (AGRIM)

Application for a licence which allows a Malta-based importer to import agricultural produce for circulation into the European Union.

Export Licence or Advance Fixing Certificate (AGREX)

Application for a licence that allows a Malta-based exporter to export agricultural produce to non-EU countries.

Consent by Heir of Deceased Beneficiary to Transfer Pending Financial Assistance

Application for the heir to receive payment/s of any pending claims made by the deceased beneficiary.
