The Front Office (FO) within the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA) is committed to deliver an excellent customer service by providing a wide range of services. Its aim is to provide each customer with a high quality response, ensuring that requests and complaints are dealt with quickly, fairly and in a helpful manner.

The services provided by the Front Office include:

  • Transfer of registered agricultural land from one individual to another
  • Modification of the boundary of a registered agricultural land
  • Change in the land use type of an agricultural land for those beneficiaries registered for subsidies.
  • Submission of payment claims related to area aid schemes – Direct Payments, Rural Development Measures 2014-2020, Rural Development Measures 2007-2013, National Aid Schemes and Apiculture Schemes
  • Receipt of objection forms and complaints
  • Receipt of supporting documentation related to all measures
  • Requests for change in personal details
  • Provision of information and technical advice
  • Registrations related to Nitrates Registry
